  • Products are shipped directly from China. Standard delivery time is 7–15 business days.

  • We work with trusted local shipping partners such as TCS and Leopards for last-mile delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen delays. ChicTrendiesta is not liable for such delays.

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

5. Customs and Import Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may be imposed by local authorities.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

7. Cancellations and Order Modifications

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.

  • After this period, the order is sent for processing and cannot be changed.
